After getting over the initial shock of realizing my septic system was failing I did my research and settled on ESI. Eric came right over, explained the problems and the solutions. He handled everything from helping with the town to working with the engineer. He even helped landscape the yard, beyond the septic system area. Unlike many contractors, Eric actually answers his phone and returns calls! I never had a question or issue that went unanswered. After reviewing several estimates and interviewing several excavation firms, we decided to hire ESI Septic to go with them for our site development and septic system for our new house. We are so pleased that we did, and that our choice was the right one. Eric was personable, professional, made things happen when they needed to be, and worked well with other members of our construction team. He always went the extra mile to ensure the his work was ready for the next step. Our site was a challenge, and ESI “stepped-up to the plate” to meet every one. Hehad workable solutions to every situation and addressed them with dedicated professionalism. Better yet, his communication with us was above and beyond. Truly, it was not long before we realized that this was one part of the project that we did not have to worry about.

ESI’s price was not the lowest, actually very mid-range, but ESI’s value was priceless. There is no doubt in our minds that; (1) we would hire them again in a heartbeat, and (2) we strongly recommend their services to anyone looking for value, quality of work, and peace-of-mind.
